    Do I need a referral to come to the Kelowna Regional Fertility Centre?

    Answer

    Discussion with your primary care physician as a first step is always encouraged.  If it is appropriate to your care they will provide you with a requisition for the Kelowna Regional Fertility Centre.  However, self referral is also an option and Kelowna Regional Fertility Centre can book an initial consult with you directly.

    How successful are fertility treatments?

    Answer

    Individual treatment success varies depending on the severity of the challenge, age and other factors. Open and honest dialogue with your primary care physician or fertility specialist will provide you with a better idea of the risk and benefits and what the liklihood of success versus failure may be.
